AGENT COOPERATION / COMPENSATION
OhioForeclosures.com encourages licensed real estate agents to participate in its auctions. Many auctions on this site offer compensation to cooperating agents. If compensation is offered it will be advertised on the Realtor’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- Registering agent must possess a valid real estate license.
- Registering agent must submit an Agency Disclosure form signed by the buyer before the buyer places a bid on the property.
- Registering agent must register the buyer for the auction before the buyer places a bid on the property.
- The registered buyer must actually pay for the property in full and take title to the property.
