AGENT COOPERATION / COMPENSATION
OhioForeclosures.com encourages licensed real estate agents to participate in its auctions. Many auctions on this site offer compensation to cooperating agents.
- Registering agent must possess a valid real estate license.
- Registering agent must submit an Agency Disclosure form signed by the buyer before the buyer places a bid on the property.
- Registering agent must register the buyer for the auction before the buyer places a bid on the property.
- The registered buyer must actually pay for the property in full and take title to the property.
