The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The bidding for this sale concludes on November 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST. The seller will decide to accept or reject the high bid no later than November 19, 2019.

Tract 1: includes 246.79 acres total, which plays host to an estimated 70 tillable acres, approximately 7 miles of riding trails throughout 200 acres of woods, slate flats, and lake frontage with lake views, but NO LAKE ACCESS. – Opening Bid: $500,000.
Tract 2: (this sale) includes 245.7 acres total, which encompasses the 104-acre Mineral Spring Lake, includes ENTIRE LAKE ACCESS AND ALL LAKE AMENITIES, the campground business and all sites, a single-family home, dam access, and all outbuildings and improvements. – Opening Bid: $1,000,000.
Tract 3: includes 84.08 acres total, which consists of approximately 30 tillable acres, a single-family home, and lake frontage with lake views, but NO LAKE ACCESS. – Opening Bid: $350,000.
Tract 4: includes everything listed for Tract 1, Tract 2, and Tract 3 put together as one. These 3 tracts combined, creating Tract 4, are comprised of 573.7 acres total, embodying approximately 100 tillable acres, an estimated 7 miles of riding trails throughout 200 wooded acres, the 104-acre lake with 5.5 miles of immaculate shoreline, all lake amenities and lake access, the campground business and all sites, two single-family homes, and all outbuildings and improvements. Unlike the sales on Tract 1, Tract 2, and Tract 3, which are subject to seller confirmation, the sale of Tract 4 is being sold with an unpublished reserve price.
